The RCC is set in almost the same manner as a regular choker bell and is possibly easier. The choker setter pushes a spring loaded Latch Pin on the RCC, throws the cable around the tree, inserts the knob into the cup on the choker, and swings the RCC shut.  The spring loaded action of the latching pin makes latching and unlatching possible for the RCC.
